I don't know why but I find the PODS one of the most amusing releases I've seen recently. Well played. I can't see using a lot of them, but hiding one somewhere is an interesting detail.
Thanks Leo! They are a little different, but they're so common in modern America (and the world for that matter), why not?!
damn craig what happened to the 16 yr old who was asking what he should name his detail parts line? you never cease to amaze me with the new releases!
Thanks guys! Things sure have come a long way since I was 16....... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh the good old days of hand-bending grab irons and hand-casting resin detail parts. ha!
If you want common, but something I almost never see on layouts.... Mailboxes. Like, ones for a home...
Alright Craig, now I have to cut apart some of the resin 1/150 scale Hino trucks made by our Canadian counterpart. We sold PODS over 200 Hinos, they are the truck in the vidio. The resin model is one piece with a 24' van body on a 253' wb chassis, the PODS units are 235". Out with the jewelers saw and paint. Thanks Craig. Bob.
Look good Craig! Hey, what's the status on the SP Walong-style signal bridge that you teased us with last year? The SP faithful are still waiting patiently!!
Psst, I thought that was TrainCat... Craig too? :secret: Great stuff Craig! Now, for your next rolling stock project you could combine a few Pods and some wrought iron fencing to make a Trinity reefer. :biggrin2: -Gary
Great new additions to an already stellar lineup. I'm in on those Pods but couldn't wait for the filter to work, so ordered direct. Keep up the efforts.
I remember when Craigs stuff was so new he accualy posted pics of a then (17) year olds SD40-2's on his website. I think they only had a anticlimber and some crude MU hoses added to them. Boy have times changed, looking at some of the work people have sent him is amazing. Keep up the good work Craig. Kevin
Great new products...!! Hey Craig... Love those new PODS !! I can think of lots of interesting uses for those. The new wrought iron fencing is really cool too! N scale can always use new and accurate fence. Have you given any more thought to that signal bridge idea from Grafton, WV I sent you? I understand what you said about it being location specific but we'd love to see some more eastern prototypes. Thanks again for the new N scale products. Lee H. Seems like only yesterday that I decorated my first N scale diesel with BLMA ditch lights and MU hoses. Great job on the fences. I'm going to have to get some of them!
