Life-Like Structure Dimensions

Hi All-

I'm planning to add two Life-Like structures to my layout (in the final planning stages) but need to know the "footprint". They are...

the Volunteer Fire Company
the 5th Precinct Police Station

Both N.

I can find them all over the place on the web but no dimensions are given. I'm building on a HCD so space is at a premium and I want to make sure I allow enough room for these two, side by side, before I start cutting foam and laying track. I have almost no room for error where they are planned to go (hopefully).

Anyone own one or both and have a ruler handy? Many thanks in advance.

Both structures appear to be the same size... ...at least in the photos.
Which one is this measurement for?
