I have a canyon that is 14" deep. I need to purchase or build the steel piers/ bents. I need help. Because it's going inbetween other tracks & a river, it can't be real wide or 4-sided. The track above is already supported on plywood & I'm going to add fake girders for the bridge. I don't like wood trestles. Any thoughts...
If you are talking about the steel bents, yes they are available separately. A pair for under $10 from Wig-Wag, LLC Home Page .
Try Walthers site, or call Micro Engineering themselves. I don't have their number handy, but they keep no website...you'll have to call them.
I think this is what you are looking for. woo woo woo - Micro Engineering Company N 75-176 Tall Steel Viaduct Tower
Here are some footings made for the ME kit, http://www.finenscale.com/architectural.html and these folks usually have them, http://www.caboosehobbies.com/catalog/index.php Hope this helps.
This is the only ME HO Scale listed by Walthers. Not in stock of course. Separate bents not listed. The bents are 10 5/8" maximum height so would require footings/piers. http://www.walthers.com/exec/productinfo/255-75550 A lot of ME items are hard to find. This is a shorter size in stock at M.B. woo woo woo. http://www.some train store.com/product_p/mec-75514.htm Ben
