Yup! Just in case you are ever interested in visiting this location, keep in mind that good ol' Steamdonkey74 could walk there to meet you. I drive through this area at least once a week. Where that track seems to "disappear" at the bottom of this view (the one Dave Porter posted) it actually goes into a tunnel that goes under the bluff that a lot of the residential part of North Portland sits upon, approximately under N Dana St. This is a great place to go to probably see a train. They come through often enough that you don't normally have to wait long.
