    It is indeed Albany, Oregon. Served by UP, Portland & Western and Albany & Eastern as well as Amtrak's Cascades passenger service and Coast Starlight.

    Hello Scott,

    I really love those traffic circles, but then while visiting the UK I came upon this one:

    fortunately it wasn't while rush hour, because I needed a moment to realize where I had to drive. Having to drive on the left instead of the right didn't made it easier...
