Shield? John, What shield? The Union Pacific shield??? Oh, that shield!!! Captain America!!!! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!! We'll see!!!! Hobo Tim :we-biggrin:
I just received my BNSF SD75i. What a beautiful engine. It looks like it has every detail. It has separate color handrails, optional snowplow. The printing on this engine is gorgeous. It has every warning sticker, F for the front, it even has SD70 Mac titles. Oops, Its ok, I just hope they include a lightning bolt in the CSX version. The mechanism on this release runs much smoother then the previous versions. My engine ran smoothly from the start. According to Rob K, it supposes to run louder, but on my engine, it was very quiet. In a speed test, the SD75 is significantly faster then my slow GP35. I have faster a GP35, but they been converted to DCC. For the improvement to the mechanism, I am giving an A to the SD75i
My UP is at home with the boyZ: Hauling a load up a 0.5% grade, showing off it's flared "nostriles". Ran 65 SMPH at 6 V
(Finally I gave in for a Pumpkin to be delivered shortly...) A question to Rob and any other: does anyone know what the next roads will be? Myself I vote for Southern Pacific..... Dom
... In Germany I can say, "I've a dream (of this) !", only.:tb-hissyfit: I must wait for the maschine to come over 'the big pond'.:tb-wink: Tschus, Rolf
Rolf, my pumpkin is in Germany. Oli is installing a decoder in the SD70 and the SD40. I love the lighting he did on my C44.
