Well it's been about a year since I was last here and have done any work on my layout (big life changes). I don't have the same space I had in my other house so I'm going to disassemble my modestly sized layout and start building according to the Bend Track rules. I like the idea of having far more flexibility than NTrack and at the same time I can build smaller modules. My question is how do you guys run feeder lines from your main busses? Do you cut into the buss line and solder or has anyone ever tried/used scotchlocks? I use them whenever I wire anything new into my car and I've had great success with them. Mark
I solder mine, but I have seen the scotch locks used. They both work, I'm just cheap and I don't mind a little work to save money.
Thanks, I'm all with you on the cheap thing. But I find them to be far more convenient and I think they look better too.
