Last week I ordered a bmann vanderbilt tender for another SP loco job as well as a new pilot for one of my 4-8-2 light mountains (I included the part number) from the Bmann parts department. The nice lady on the phone repeated my order a couple of times to ensure she had it right.

Today I recieved a nice 16 wheel Santa-fe box tender and a bell for my 4-8-2. ARGGGG. So it's back to the post office again after a call to Bmann.

Lesson learned, Bmann = Mcdonalds drive-thru, repeat what I ordered about three times and still screw up the order.

At least you recieved something :) I'm still waiting on a return they say they "received" on Jan. 18...I shipped it on the 11th. They keep telling me 6-8 weeks and originally said 4-6 :D I was even told 6-8 when I called Friday. I then informed her that it had been 8 weeks and was told that it might take longer because of shipping...so naturally I asked if it had been shipped. She said "no"...lol
