Hi All, I've been working on some passenger cars this week. Here is an RPO car for the Milwaukee Fast Mail. It's made from a shortened core kit and GHQ brass car sides. Still some minor work to go but its almost finished. Bill

Hi Flash, The models in the movies are manually controlled, although I've recently succumbed to the ease of R/C and am slowly converting my little fleet. Prototypical gauge 1 in standard guage is indeed 1:32. Since these model narrow gauge, they scale out to 1:20.3. I've enjoyed seeing your pictures of your own impressive layout, by the way.
The trucks on this car are brass. They were under the brass Hiawatha cars made by NJ Custom brass many years ago. However, I made a mold and can do castings that I glue onto filed down Con-Cor passenger trucks if I need more. Bill
