I have one video of and NYC passenger train coming into Finch, Ontario on the National Film Board of Canada's movie called Station Master and this is one of the last passenger trains that ran on the Ottawa line (with a diesel pulling it). On another board, it was revealed that the footage on Hudsons on the Hudson that shows 1290 making a run on a branch line was mis-identified as being on the Ottawa Division (it was on the St. Clair Branch of the Canada Southern Ry). My question is do any of you out there know of any existing movie footage of the Ottawa Division at all?
I have never seen any as advertised on the Ottawa Division. All the NYC videos that I have are from the steam era, and I don't recall any footage from that division, either. Sorry.
