Since so many made nice comments on the project, I thought I would share the finished product with you.

I figured the CNW wasn't too speedy at washing locomotives so a coat of weathering would be needed.

I haven't added the numberboards yet, but they will be added this weekend.

I've done a couple of other CNW locomotives and rolling stock, but the first one that wasn't an actual CNW owned piece of equipment.

Very nicely done! Had CNW never been Borged, we woulda seen the real thing out on the road today.

    Gotta toss my $.02 in.

    WOW!! [IMG]

It does look great. The CNW, IMHO, would have done it exactly like that. I think that is the best looking color scheme of any Class I. [IMG]

Very cool, thanks for sharing! Any thoughts about a CNW SD80MAC? They were seriously considering ordering some before being assimilated, and I recently saw an EMD SD80MAC sales proposal brochure that was made out to CNW on ebay recently. It's a typical sales pitch, outlining the benefits of SD80MACs on the CNW. Even had a "generic" EMD widecab on the cover, decked out in CNW colors!
