    Hello there Watash

I miss you alot man!! How have you been buddy? I hope that one day I will be able to meet you man. I have to make my way down to Texas.

As for the engines I have 22 and really do not need anymore but when I see that beautiful yellow in a box I want to remove it. So I may buy a few more. I will not buy alot like some others and have more engines than my rolling stock for sure.

All I can say it is my nasty little habit and if my wife new that I bid on some stuff on Ebay today, well lets say I will need more than a couch for the night to get on her good side. I have boxes of stuff and I still need some stuff to finish my plans for my room that I am building ( 17' X 10'). I have a hard time walking out of a hobby shop without buying anything.

<font color="336633">I had this problem a few years ago, bit I have been reducing my loco fleet (and my freightcar fleet) to a managable number, I had loads of unfinished projects and with no time or money to proto detail them up it was time to get rid, after all who needs SD60M's on a switching layout set in 1978!?!?!?!??!?

It would be fun to meet all you guys Big Al, but not a good time right now. We are having the house re-decorated, kitchen cabinets, tiles, rugs, paint etc. so everything is stacked up or in storage. We made the guest bedroom into a music room and moved Jan's new organ in there. That was a real job, it is a theater Wurlitzer with all the bells and whistles, so she wont give me any guff about how much I spend on trains any more! ( They just finished installing the door to my "Train Room" up stairs, so now work can continue there.) :D

Hah! I can one-up you guys. I bought an Athearn SD40-2 (newer run, too!) for $25 a while back, and I don't even have a place to run it, unless you count a 36" strip of flextrack. [IMG]

I got my undec B-B GP40-2 for $20 new in box at my LHS :D :D There are also 2 B-B SD45s for $25 ea.- one ATSF pinstripe, one undec. There is a cabinet of old Athearns w/o boxes. There's a BN GP50 for $20 I might just HAVE to get and patch for IC :D :D

Hmm........kinda makes me want to run back down to Falmouth to get that "snoot" SD40-2 for sale at 30 bucks. It's in CP paint, but it would become a KCS engine, and would be mated with another SD40-2 or two, also in KCS. All would need to be stripped & painted white & decaled. No hill for a stepper... And still pretty darn cheap too! :D :D

And BTW, they have a potload of GP38-2s and cabooses painted in the special Athearn scheme, marked down! Can't have enough GP38s, I say........... :D
