Thats a good one. It could have gondolas arrive with materials, hoppers with coal for it's fires too. Outgoing would be flats and gons as well as the empties. There was a different kit that had a boilerhouse attached along with a tall chimney. It also had a covered gantry crane, although they never made the crane accessory available in N scale.
How about a brick yard/operation. THis would be indiginous to the area. Tony Kooster replaced the cement plant he had on his AM layout with one saying it fit better and he knew the industry better.
