Ok, I'm in. My goals are to build and install the other handrail on one of my bridges (the Tuolomne River bridge if you saw my other thread) and to get the first layer of plaster down on the the Caliente section of the layout.

Hey guys, don't tell me your goals here as you will need to re-state them in the thread that is the "layout Party."

You won't miss the advertising as I post the starting post in the layout forum and the scale forums in HO, N and G and O. I don't usually advertise in Z as the place is relatively quiet and the post will sit there for months.

When are you thinking about starting this shindig? I know you originally said sometime in the third week of January, but I don't know if that's slipped or not. Just wondering how much longer I've got to be lazy.

I haven't looked at a calendar yet to grab the exact date but it will be around the 21st of January so enjoy your sloth now. I used to send out an early warning about two days in advance but so many guys just started the party then before the actual party started that I just post the start and stand back.

One of my three goals is almost completed, this upcoming layout party is making me take pre-emptive action against layout entropy now. Failure is not an option boys, I expect all you to make it happen!

Not me, I'm continuing to harbor my energies. I'm not really napping, my eyes are just closed while I envision the projects to be completed during the party......... [IMG]

Ok, you've lured me into this. I don't have layout, but I need to finish a small project or two. Just simple modelling stuff. I guess i'm not supposed to say here what it is. It's nothing epic though.

Don't need to, I'm retired. Although for someone with all that time on his hands I make remarkably little progress on my layout.

    Is today the day?
