A test posting

Hi All,
Please excuse me, but I am new to TrainBoard and I am posting this to test the email alerting feature. There have not been any recent posts to this forum and I am trying to confirm that I have my email alerts set up correctly.

Yes the alert worked. Many thanks for checking in. Does the alert feature work on a per-post basis or can you also set up to get a single email per day from a given forum?

You also get Alerts on the site when someone Likes your post, etc... like I just did! Click on image to expand it.

There are a ton of options you can select in your preferences about watching forums and threads and what to be notified about or not notified about. I probably need help with a few of those options myself
