Happy Friday the 13th. Saw a few things earlier in the week but haven't downloaded them yet. Since I passed through Vicksburg MS this week and didn't get to stop there, to kick off the weekend proto fun, I'll share this pic from when I stopped back in August. Neat little place.
I found this old girl working in the yard in Hearne, TX a few days ago. A bit of yellow paint and a new number since I last saw her there on June 27, 2007.

Although it's probably too early for the blue hour, street lights are coming on in Sinking Spring, PA, this afternoon. NS 30A is easrbound for Spring Street Yard in Reading, with a final destination of Allentown. The parking lot was once the site of a passenger station, freight house, tower, and a couple of sidings.
With the dearth of coal trains, a lot more mixed manifest stuff is rolling through here. This one even has coal in it's consist!
