Old interchange

    Didn't know exactly where to post this. I look at it quite often when in town.
    It's an old, old interchange between UP and BN. Sure wouldn't want to put a loco on it now.

    It's in the middle of Corsicana, Tx.
    The town fathers there are crazy.
    The BN line and the UP line had old fashion train stations in town.
    The decided to tear them down!
    Then they rebuilt one for memorabilia store/landmark.

    It looks OK to me. Acourse, I saw some of the Milwaukee Road and C&NW track in their later years, too.

    you recon that turn out in the lower left is welded shut???

    or completely replaced!
