Decoder for L/Like N gp9 Chop nose

Greetings all

Just taken delivery of a wonderful Life Like N gauge gp9 chop nose in CN livery.

Has anyone fitted a decoder to one of these yet and if so which one?

It runs beautifully on DCC on 00 so am expecting wonderful things when fitted

Also, any idea which microtrain couplings may fit as replacement?.. its still too new for the microtrain website listings, but I have emailed them anyway

I'm pretty sure it takes a 1015 like the C424s.

Anyone knows the MTL reference for couplers replacement or kit for the Canadian's Life Like GP9m ?

A TCS CN-GP with some minor frame modifications. Might also have to install the decoder backwards like in the LL C424.

What was the reason for reversing the decoder?
