I'm going to try and get some more done in the layout room this weekend (mine is Sunday/Monday). I'm thinking about moving my work table from where it is to the end wall on the right. It has an electrical socket and I wouldn't need to move it to get into the closet. My table is a 29' x 6' folding resin banquet table that's 29 1/2" high. I was worried that I would be bumping my head on the layout if it was it underneath, but I had the idea today of not making the layout very wide in that area so I wouldn't have those issues.

I didn't get as much done as I wanted today. Someone was supposed to come over and fix some sprinklers in my yard, but that was a bust. I did get the "work table" moved from the front of the closet to the wall under the window. Unfortunately, because it's a folding table, part of the mechanism that attaches the legs hangs down. I migh look into another standard style table as I have some cheap sets of drawers that I store modeling stuff in under it. I also need to get a chair for the room. I have one gamer chair from my computer desk and a couple of bar stools. I don't even own a couch yet! lol

I decided to go and do a little bit more before bed. I still haven't found my three airbrushes yet and that's driving me batty! The light is temporary and I'm going to mount a surge protector or two on the back of the table. Hey, I get a chair and I coupld start getting some modeling done!

Good to see a functional workbench! Baby steps are still moving in the right direction. Keep it up!

My ex wife surprised me with an old office chair today. I don't think I'll get much done this weekend. Going to a car show with friends on Sunday. Still, this gives me some motivation to get more done!

Welp, I found two of my airbrushes. The new Iwata that I bought while I was staying at my ex's continues to elude me. But, I made a very short video of my progress:

Probably not going to get much done this weekend. I have a car show with a buddy on Sunday, so Monday will be laundry day. I really need to invest in a washer and dryer for my house.

"I really need to invest in a washer and dryer for my house."

But, that is money better spent on trains! But, the laundromat is time away from trains! Aaargh! The dilemma's we end up in as train nuts.

My ex lets me do laundry at her place. If i ahve a washer and dryer at my house, I can do stuff while my clothes are getting clean. At my house, not my ex's. And I wont have to drive 30+ minutes!

Didn't get anything accomplished this week. Work has been kicking my butt. I did get my new Iwata airbrush though.

Which model of airbrush did you get, and would you recommend it for a beginner (me)?
