that looks like a pretty populated area - says it was a slow train, but could have been a lot worse! Nice to read no one was hurt at least.
It is at the east end of their yard, which this line cuts right through the city. Or rather the city grew up around it.... I have watched trains and taken photos from the foot bridge seen in a view or two. I am thinking this was likely empty cars.
