Just received the e-mail that the latest issue of "N Scale Railroading" magazine is available for free download on their site:

    https://nscalerailroadingmagazine.com/download-issue-118/

As before, the URL is correct although the latest issue is #145. The magazine went online starting with #118.

The feature article is an extensive review of N Scale Couplers with numerous large size photos. NSR Editor Kirk Reddie tried his hand at a paper building, and there's a piece on servo mounts for turnout control. One of the nice things about going online is that the articles can be as long as needed.

As before, no affiliation, just getting the word out.

I believe the first digital issue was #118, which was March of 2020. So prior to that, they were all paper magazines.

    I am missing #109 through 117.....

I miss them all. I don't carry around a touch screen for safety.

I download right onto my PC. I don't know where my Kindle is, never mind if it's compatible... although NSR is a relatively basic PDF.

I don't understand why the Kato 11-702 appears so predominantly. That was their earliest Knuckle and long OOS/obsolete. There are also photos suggesting that the Kato coupler's opening is too narrow to couple with others, but don't seem to illustrate the coupler "jaws" being pushed open. My Kato locos couple just fine with my MT freight cars. Always have.

If four of the hard copy issues, Kirk (publisher Kirk Reddie) still has a bunch of back issues available.

    https://nscalerailroadingmagazine.com/wp-content/backissues/backissues.html

For four soft copy issues, all of the digital copies starting from Issue 108 are available using the link I posted when I started this thread

    https://nscalerailroadingmagazine.com/download-issue-118/

They are in reverse order with the most recent issue being first (for now, that's #145).

From Issue 127 back to 118, there are images of the cover. Just click those (or right click and "save as" or similar depending on your browser) to grab those issues.

108? Or did you mean 118? When I have downloaded copies, I don't see anything earlier 118?

But there would be a need for delivery. It's much easier to insist all those interested must buy a foreign made touch pad.

It's 118, not 108 for the digital issues. I had it right farther down in my post.
