I have always liked the spoof skit done on the Carol Burnett Show, "Disaster '74". They simply jiggled a toy airplane around.
Judging by the proximity of the water, and the type of vegetation around them, it was expected. CN, when they built the Hudson Bay branch up to Churchill, Manitoba, leaned their poles from the start and used two shorter poles to form a tripod. There's a lot of marshland and other mucky terrain up there.
Looks like they were seated in marsh. Not the best of footings. I'm thinking that with wire weight, plus snow and ice, (in their past years), and winds through many decades, they have slowly relaxed to this point. Being on the inside of a curve, any wire tension would have pulled them over some as well.
I'd keep it for a while. With more than 3,500 CSX locomotives running about, Jacksonville won't notice for several weeks at least.

Probably going home. She's in very good condition! But I would want to have a teeny little conversation with the wiseguy who spray painted "NPR" on her...
In the spring of 1987 I drove from AL through IL to visit family and came through a rural town, only to notice that all of the phone poles on a mile of highway were bent over. The weather was sunny, but the clouds had been ominous throughout the day and when I asked a local about it, she said a tornado had swept through several hours earlier. Gulp. This photo from Decatur, IL that day shows the clouds.
I have a feeling that was not malicious. "NPR" should be the Northern Plains Railroad, which has HQ east of Minot, near the Minnesota border. And that could be where it is heading.
