How can I wire this three LED Signal to a 9 volt battery?

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/253170050175

I have not found anything specific to this in Google or the YouTube videos I've watched.

    Thanks,

    Dave

You put the lead with the resistor to the NEGATIVE of the battery, and you will need to hook the three positive leads to either a 3 position switch or two SPDT switches in series, to select the three aspects

Dave, LEDs like 2 to 3 Volts, so you'll want to place a resistor in your circuit, something like 1K Ohms to 2.2K Ohms on the negative leg to make it easy. That's what I used with a 12 VDC power supply for control panel LEDs on my layout, though I used different values with each color to equalize their brilliance. With 9 VDC, you might be able to use a little less resistance, but I'd start within these resistor values and see if you're happy with the amount of light. Too much voltage and the LEDs will blow in an instant.

Are you positive that will work?
The eBay listing states that the three LEDs are connected in common anode configuration.

The eBay listing states that a resistor is prewired in series with the signal to use on 9V to 12V.

Ah, that'll work fine then. I didn't check the eBay listing. Now that I have, those are nice looking signals and at a fair price.
