I designed and made some paper/card buildings in N-scale. I designed the models in TurboCAD, then colored and refined the models in Model Builder and CorelDraw. The models are in 3 sets, with rather sketchy instructions. I will upload them if I can figure how to do it here.

I purchased this paper building from an ebay vendor many years ago, it and a Quonset hut from the same vendor are currently the two examples of this type of construction.
The racks with drums along with the black and red tanks on stands are all Alloy Form products and boy do I wish they were still in business.

The drums, racks and stands all look like they could be 3D printed pretty easily. What scale is the layout in the photo?

Nice detail! If you provide some dimensions, I'll take a shot at designing a 3D print model of one of the large tanks and stand. I need: tank diameter, tank length, Height of tank from base (either to centerline or to top).
