Here are some photographs just taken with the trains all ready to be operated. You will notice the removable section that sits across the pinball machine ;D although the pinball machine doesnt get much of a look in these days.

    There's those gorgeous GP20's again! :D

Looks like a great session pending, Paul, but I do note a distinctive lack of green amongst the line-ups, though. ;)

The operating night went well with mainly main line operation rather than switching. I am going to have to develop a timetable or switch list to make it more interesting.

We had both a phase 3 and phase 4 AMTRAK running around the layout.

Gats you might want to take note of the Executive SD70 Mac that is now part of my roster. I think I will aquire a Heritage II as well. just one note on the SD70 Mac I had to regauge the wheels as they were tight to gauge and was derailed on the curves. Once I did this the locomotive ran like a dream. This is the second KATO loco I found this problem on.

Here are the pics i will post a few more later in the day.

    Paul,
As always I enjoy your pics. Now I have another reason to look forward to spring, its turning to fall down under and that means Paul's back at work on his layout.

Looks like you and company had fun Paul. As you say, a schedule for switching will add interest then next thing you will need a dispatcher and on and on.
    The fun of railroading.
    Sure enjoyed the photos Paul.

I think the Mopac's are my favourites too [IMG]

A timetable or operating sequence does make things more interesting, as every move has a reason. Look forward to more pics [IMG]
