Hi Everyone My tale is like so many in the UK. Clockwork Hornby 0 gauge progressed to 00 by ten, girls from 15 marriage and thank god a male baby and opportunity to build another layout. Much of my early stuff was Triang and later stuff second hand and new LIMA. Then too much work smaller loft space etc until retirement. Now I have two railways one in a holiday home which is DC and has locos not worth or worth too much to convert to DCC. Main home layout is DCC via a ROCO Z21 largely with sound decoders. My fetish is early DMU's and Blue Pullmans and my favourites include the early Triang Class 101. My interest now is to make one of my tracks (of4) on the DC layout DCC and am hoping to do that via DCC++EX.
Hi Roger, welcome. Happy to have you on board. Please keep us apprised of your progress, especially with photos and narrative. It's amazing what you young whipper-snappers can teach us Olde Phartes who knew that "whatever" you did was not possible and could never be done.
