So what prototype, or fantasy car, building, loco, or scenery element, is not made or not made any more that is on your wish list?

I will start this one off.

Bombardier bi-level coaches. Painted in New Mexico Rail Runner or Sounder is tops on my list. I know they were made but ebay prices are stupid for them.

and for Kato to make a N&W Class J locomotive

I'll second both the Kato J with sound, of course, and the North Coast Ltd. Trying to collect the streamliners I rode on as a kid. Have 3 of the 4 main ones.

I used to keep a Tyco GP20 on my desk or dresser for many many years. It's gone to a new owner now but yes there is something about those older not so exact in the details units that are appealing.

How much different is the Nebraska Zephyr over the one they offer?

I would like to see more Frisco steam locomotives such as 2-8-2, 2-10-2 and 0-6-0. Also any black and yellow diesels particularly a GP7.

The Nebraska Zephyr was an articulated trainset rebuilt from the Twin Cities Zephyr sets after they got displaced from that service. They were originally pulled by the EMD A-B shovelnose pairs, but they were also E5 powered when the shovelnoses were retired. One Nebraska Zephyr set is at IRM. They had a few modifications over their service career, originally 7 cars, I think they ended with 5.

Thanks for that. I could not look up the info at work when I originally posted because the .gov computers I work with block some stuff, and allow me to see others... it’s annoying when I want to research something and can’t due to oddball things that are blocked.
