What is the 'white' that is appearing on the leading end and underneath some of the cars?

I doubt that it is ice - neither oil or alcohol when shipped by rail would create cryogenic conditions and 'manufacture' ice from ambient water vapor.

Stopped at several points in the vid, definitely Ice, some type Cryo liquid within. Not a typical car for LP or Liquid Nitrogen as not really rated for pressures to be seen. Unable to read HAZMAT decals for code, could be Anhydrous.
