Will be posting my power roster builds here as the first 2 Victims are already being stripped.

The SDP40F will become IR executive unit #1 which will be 1 of 3 unit's replacing the old F unit's I had before.

And this sw8 will go into former WVM paint blue with white trim.

Well here's the first update in awhile.

Start my builds off with this Atlas GP30.

Added a Mars light between the number boards, along with a 0.008 straight grab, replaced the nose headlight with a details associate's headlight along with replacing the rear headlight also, cored out the markers for fiber optics, added a DA AC unit on the roof.

That's it for now as the work begins again after having 4 week's of pneumonia in my left lung.

Starting to feel better so back to modeling.

Till next time enjoy and if it'd after the holidays.

    Happy Holidays all.

Okay gang heres where I might need your help the above SDP40F and SW8 will be going into a version of paint kind of a cross between the Algoma Central, Erie Lackawanna, and the Winston Salem Southbound, of grey, maroon, with yellow pinstripes, the maroon?yellow stripes will be in a lightning stripe format wider than the WSSB but Narrower than the AC/EL.

so what do you think reverse the WSSB lightning stripe decrease the width to half the AC stripe with heralds on the nose ends and cab sides.

let me know as the GP30 will be Victim #1

the first 2 photos are from George Elwoods. rrfallenflags.org which I help support the 3rd was a grab from the net not sure where the credit goes on that last WSSB.

I like your idea! You are pretty much doing what EMD did with modifing paint schemes already applied to other customers. I always liked the maroon and grey together, it's a classy look. Looking forward to see how this comes out and I can tell your having fun with this!
    Thanks for sharing,

    Thanks Martin Station aka Ralph.

After looking at many photos and the way the grey and maroon weathers.

Is what has me going with those color's as the weathering can vary so much from unit to unit.

And here's a general idea of where it might be headed either Eastern avoiding the melt down by having a solid financial footing or Midwestern having a solid financial footing.

Might need to move the lightning bolt closer to the cab didn't write small enough to herbal of Pennsylvania on the stripe but this is a general idea of where I think it's headed.
