Not sure has to what info ? This is for an HO Athearn P-42 locomotive. Decoder is an TCS WOW decoder with a keep alive. First decoder failed- was repaired(replaced) by TCS. Problems before repair were no speed control, has to throttled up,the sound would cut out along with the motor too. Keep alive was keeping sound on after power was removed. Now I still have motor control problems and now the keep alive does not seem to work- sound dies as soon has power is removed. Hope this helps. Hoping someone had used one and could give me some pointers.
I used to have one and got rid of it because it was in a Kato locomotive (N scale). It did not have very good slow speed control. Maybe that's changed since I had it three years ago.
Well do to number of reply’s , I don’t see. I am guessing there are not too many users out there. Could be wrong, so I hope some would jump,in. Right now the support is lacking. Two e-mails and a phone call have not been addressed. Like I said in my first post, this decoder had been returned for repair. Took almost a full month before I received a replacement. Now it still does not work correctly.
I had one installed to replace the factory DCC/sound decoder in an ill-performing P2K SW900. The sound is tremendous, the performance with Keep-Alive is now flawless. Sorry to hear that you're having support issues. I have always had prompt replies from their team after contact. I highly recommend the TCS decoders.
