Late again. A few weeks back I caught a Sierra Northern genset leading a set of former UP genset out to start the days work in Woodland California. Sent from my moto g(6) using Tapatalk

r_i_straw, Thank you for posting the photo of Frisco 4-8-2 Mountain 1519. I love Frisco steam locomotives and going to Enid OK is on my list of things to do. Will be going to the Missouri Pacific/Frisco Convention on October 10 to 13 in Ft. Smith AR. My wife and I will probably be there on Friday, October 11th. Joe
I've seen the one in Tulsa but didn't know about the one in Lawton. Thank you r_i for the tip, might as well make a tour of the state. There is a railroad museum in Oklahoma City that has several Frisco units, mostly Santa Fe units however. Joe
Frisco Steam! Seems like Frisco donated a lot of steam for display. On one pass through Amory MS, I was finally was able to get a shot of Frisco 1529 with no cars or trucks parked in front of it and of course it was cloudy and about to start raining. Thursday 03/12/15. I've seen one in Pensacola FL but can't dig up the pic right now and if memory serves, there is one in Paducah KY too.
