Welcome back everyone. I hope you all had a great weekend and that you got some items checked off your list.

Saturday: I started the day early and was able to check off one of those domestic chores, grocery shopping, off the list early. From there, it was off to the wonderful world of Menards. I picked up more hardboard and a nice piece of trim molding to be used on the B&M layout. The rest of the day was spent power washing the house, garage and yard furniture. Boy was I tired.

Sunday: I mainly relaxed due to the previous days activities. I did manage to get a bit done on the B&M layout and had a great conversation with a friend regarding building a few FreeMo modules. Looks like a FreeMo module build party is in the future. I finished the night with bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed, jalapeno peppers on the grill and a cold beverage.

So how about you? How did you do? Let us know. We'll return again on Friday the 9th to start the process all over again. Until then, have a great week, be safe and as always...

    High Greens!

Started to draw out the structures for one of the modules. Now that I have the building footprints I did a mock-up of the 4’ module and found that it needs to be 2’ deep not 18”. I also checked the depth of the 4’6” module as well. Since it is a WWII Airbase theme I will have a B29 bomber on it. So I checked the wing span of that. Yes that was too narrow are well. So time to buy more lumber and make two more modules (dang ). Oh well what can I say? Looks like I will have an N scale layout after all, lol.

I had a very good weekend -- not much MRRing -- but....

Saturday: Had the Family over for some Birthday celebrating -- we all had a blast.

Sunday: Found it hard to get motivated. However, I did manage to get the chassis modified for my H12-44 project. I removed material for new fuel and air tanks. I cut slots for the wiring. That's about it. Perhaps this coming up weekend will be better. We don't have anything planned -- for the moment.

Hope Y'all had a great weekend,
    Wolf
