    That is a great scene, Jim. I really like the barn. I'll have to have a ramshackle barn on my layout in the future.

    A dilapidated barn is a great idea. However, since my layout will operate in a scrolling era, I might have to build several barns, each more dilapidated than the last. Perhaps the final model (in chronological terms, at least) would be finished with a hard push on the roof, resulting in a totally flat barn for- as one Model Railroader author stated with tongue in cheek- "the ultimate in realism.":D But, since your time period probably doesn't scroll, that issue is likely 30-40 years in the future for this barn. Outstanding modeling, Jim.
