    Hello Folks,

I'm wondering if there are any decoder installation services who would be able to DCC my new Marklin BR80 0-6-0 tank loco. I'm looking for something as in the video below with capacitors. I'm too chicken to do it myself.

    Thanks,
    Ajay

Hi, Ajay. Have you contacted Helmut's Hobby? Like you, I'm too chicken to even take the shell off any of my locos. That's why we have professionals. I've had only one dealing with Helmut's and was very satisfied. And he seems like a really nice guy. I think the owner is Scott. I hope this helps. Jim

Thanks, Jim. I looked at their website and didn't find too much about decoder installation. But they do a ton of Marklin service, so may be a good place to start. I think the only decoder that will fit is a CT elektronik one...

    Cheers,
    Ajay

    Hey, Ajay
If Helmut's can't help I saw this on the TB website. @Facebook.com/RustNRivets. Maybe other TB members have experience with them. They say they do DCC. Jim

HEY! Ajay! I'm not that up on DCC and haven't messed with decoders that much when I was thinking of getting started I bought this Len's system and they have a few decoders not sure if they are any good or not but someone said they were great!
But most folks I have talked to haven't heard of them!
