mixy i think you need to update the kato track line.. i can not find 20-092a any where for sale in fact it always goes to the 20-092b track. ive searched the world over for that lil piece of track 20-092a not to be found. thanks for a wonderful piece of software.

If you hover over track piece S38 in SCARM, it will briefly show L: 38mm (#20-092a). The other length in the 20-092 set is S33 in SCARM which shows as L: 33mm (#20-092b).

As Hardcoaler says, Kato 20-092 is a set of two different length straights which are marked in SCARM as 20-092a and 20-092b.

Doesn't make any sense to me. 092a doesn't have a cab and 092b doesn't boost anything.

Maybe it makes sense to someone who doesn't model the streamliner era, but I'm lost.

20-092a and 20-092b are the part numbers in SCARM's Parts List for the tracks in Kato 20-092 set.

I have been using an unlicensed version of SCARM running on WINE under Linux Mint with very few problems. Is it possible to incorporate a licence in WINE/Linux? Although my layout doesn't run to so many pieces that requires a licence, I would prefer to use one.

Yes, that is possible, however, the registration procedure is slightly different.|

You still need to purchase the license and then activate and download the license key file as per the instructions (you will receive them with the purchase confirmation e-mail). And then, in order to install the license key under Linux/Wine, you must open the downloaded license file directly in SCARM, using "File" > "Open" menu command. That will properly register SCARM under Linux/Wine.
