    Hello.
There i propose my trackplan wich i optimised for my small room 4 x 4 m where i live.

    The upper ways are:

This is a model of a small ( non existing in reality) district station, embedded near room walls at thin consoles. Newertheless, it has all functionality: Passenger station (B1) with pass-through and dead end tracks. Loco Depot (M1), storage park and overtaking point which are linked by mainline, exhaust and loko ways.

    The underground trackplan:

This is a pass through track with storage and reverse loop.

May be my post will be helpfull.

What scale is this vadimav? These will be layered, with one above the other? You'll have a nice long run for sure.

It is the N - Scale Layout. Total length of flex track is equal to 150 meters.

The base is trackplan is usual 2-way ellipse.
Underground track is a front track of this ellipse trackscheet which is turned under back part of ellipse tracks, and whole sheet is embeded into cosole U-like basement + district station infrastructure added. Underground treckplan have train storage and reverse loop.

The distance between upper- and under ground tracks is about 50mm. So, i have only 2.5% track angle. All module covers uith upperground tracks may be easily removed in aim to give full acces for underground tracks. (turnouts repair, etc... )

In addition, all underground tracks have a lot of watch windows space for hand acces under the basement, in aim to follow and correct derailments.

    Some run of thhis layout:

Shunting work, delivery of a train for boarding passengers:

Those are great videos and that's a fine looking layout. I think it's neat that you thought of the aspect of maintaining the lower level. I once placed a turnout in a mountain and had to way to reach it. I'll never do that again! :)

Your signals are fun to watch and so realistic.

I try to buy dwalf traffic lights at ModellBahnKramm, but they are too big for N

I do my own simply metallic models:

I use USSR mast trafic lights, which i did from etching. I install micro jacks in aim to remove it in time of servicing works :
