I can't seem to nail down the "Year built from" on these Trinity Reefers. I've tried different kinds of search in WIKIPEDIA and at Trinity. (not Atlas built date) Anyone happen to know for sure?
Greenbrier is the manufacturer of the large modern day reefer cars. They are still in production with an order being delivered to the UP now, it should be close to completed by now. The UP has 3 runs of them and the BNSF two as best I can determine. The first order I can find is for BNSF in 2001. https://www.gbrx.com/manufacturing/north-america-rail/box-cars/72-3-refrigerated-boxcar/ Joe
The UP cars came after the BNSF cars. Probably 2005-06. They are also shorter than the BNSF cars. Around the same time, UP was rebuilding it's reefer fleet into the white "Building America" scheme. Sound like you need the yellow UPFE cars or some worn SPFE cars.
