Just received the 2 new shells-Intermountain Customer Service had mentioned on some units it was the way the cab was glued to the shell causing the deformity. Some folks may recall pics in this post earlier on how bad my shells were warped. And Now=

I would love to add sound. I think the sound of the two prime movers in and out of sync with each other. would be cool. This one doesn't have sound.
C & L Layout (cheap layout ) , 2' x 4' and an L 2' x 4' just got green. The 50' x 100' roll! Not much I know but it is for me. And just sent the money order to a trainboard member for these in the Swap Meet Area. Should be here next week. Once again cheap layout! Well not really I paid for most of it years ago, but cheap compared to others, but I am very happy

Bought some Showcase kits and have started on the fire truck. May convert it to a Chevy/GMC unit with the cab of the Chevy pickup.
The Chevy cab fits the chassis without modification, but I have to narrow the front axle so the wheels don't protrude so far beyond the fenders. It alsosits a little high. The paint is Testors bright red.
Two 1x2x8 from Home Depot so I can have legs on the base now instead of laying on top of the dresser with a piece of glass on the top! I mean everything add's up. Even the post about ink cartridges to print card stock. It all cost money!
I just picked up a bunch of Microscale decals from the factory this afternoon. Time for the stripes to begin! I got a sheet of Pacific Electric stripes, a sheet of Pacific Electric lettering, a set of Southern Pacific single sheathed boxcar decals and a set of Southern Pacific Maintenance of Way decals. The boxcar decals are interesting, they also have PE, T&NO, SP de M, EP&SW, AE and H&TC reporting marks

Eagle2, Because this is a CP engine with an Amtrak? If so, then not really, I'm (obviously) not modeling a particular anything. I just like the CP engine as much as I do the CSX and NS. It's just a very confused and lost railroad
Oh sorry. 150' of new track to be attached to another 30' or 40' of track I already have. Keep in mind, this is a brand new, from scratch, build so you could say it was an expansion.
