What? They aren't being told to pull the plug on these units? G&W has hit a number of other manufacturers (depending on the roadname being used) so I am surprised that this is moving forward.
Think I read that MicroTrains and G&W came to an agreement on licensing, also it appears IMRC has as well because there are multiple SD40-2 variants scheduled.
G&W instituted a licensing program. We contacted them when we heard other manufacturers were getting hit with notices, and it wasn't too hard to work through, and they are actually good to work with so far.
Ditto!!! So glad to hear... hopefully other manufacturers can yet work out their issues as well. So thankful GWNR is willing to work with producers... it gets their image out where folks will see it which can be a very good thing overall!!!
