I have decided to quit my involvement with Tboard of some 10 years now.. I have grown very weary of painful responses from members over posts I initiated getting turned 180 deg. in the wrong direction, getting unfairly censured, and the put downs I've incurred over what really is, Hello, toy trains; not serious things like cancer, global warming, nuclear warheads, or gun control..The combined pain for me outways the niceties some have shown me during my membership..It seems to be a syndrome in on-line forums and I won't, at 69 yrs. of age take it any longer !! My most recent thread asking to preserve the hobby's integrity, a simple heartfelt plea getting taken as an order instead of the caring 'heads up' it was meant as, was the final blow... Good bye to the few friends I've made and good riddance to the big long train of pain I've ridden for too long. Here's where I step off.. Mark in L.A.
