OK I guess I'm almost there. I have connectivity on the main using JMRI with computer screen throttles and WiThrottle with androids & iPhones.
At one point I had only 1 of the LEDs associated with programming track lighting until I discovered I goofed with the jumper wire and had the 5 to 13 plugged into the ground terminal next to 13. Once I fixed that I get both programming LEDs lighting and proper AC voltage readings on the track & terminals.
When I launch DecoderPro things come up correctly except on the DecoderPro window there is on Edit, no program on the or program on programming track.
Does anyone have any ideas what I've done wrong.
Again any help will be appreciated.

Is this an Uno or a Mega?

Oops sorry, it's an Uno with a Deek motor shield.

Do you also have the jumper from 10 to 12?

Ok I finally figured it out. I goofed up some profile info while copying stuff to the computer from another computer. Things are working as they should and I was able to set up multiple profiles, i.e.: two different RRs, DCC++ & NCE, no connection. This enables me to go between two layouts and two DCC systems and a couple of computers ( using Win 10 & Mint Linux).
Pretty cool system for less than $20.
