Still nothing known for sure. The State Senate passed a bill to turn it over to private opperator but House has not. The deal would be to give away the railroad, $13 Million in equipment and then have to pay another $7 Million to allow them upgrade track and other infrastructure. The House is asking questions. Why not just give the $7 Million to the existing railroad and not change anything? Makes sense to me. We may know in three weeks. If they do nothing then it will close.
