About '71, my dad and I rode the then BN "Empire Builder" to Wenatchee and back to Edmonds where we lived, and I remember getting apples from the conductor of the train who went to that apple warehouse to get some for the peeps on the train. It was awesome! He gave us some old GN pins too!
