Weathered Conrail GP38-2 #8182

I weathered and detailed this Atlas GP38-2 to respresent a late 1990's version of the rust buckets Conrail had before the split with CSX and NS. This one is not as far along in the surface rust stage, which I hope represents a more recent repaint. I need to correct a few things, but it's at about the 95% completion stage.
