UP_in_FT_Polk_2

This is UP inside FT Polk LA. UP and KCS service the US Base that is between Leesville and DeRidder LA on HWY 171. I got these as Military vehicles and equipment was being delivered to a large Rail Yard to off load by the respective Army Unit. I saw this particular flat car SSW 84894. I hear that this is part of the fallen flags for them. Anyone shed some light?
