SMC4 with Tortoise driver board

With this option, I decided to use all eight outputs of the SMC4 to drive turnouts. 4 Tortoise motors and 4 servo motors. The Tortoise connections are routed to 8p8c telecom jacks wired to be compatible with my other Tortoise installations which are currently wired to DS64s.
