Santa Fe SD40-2 #5058

N scale Kato "mid production" Santa Fe SD40-2 that I backdated to fit the era of my layout. Details include cut levers, MU hoses, air hoses, rear view mirrors, sunshades, windshield wipers and a new plow. The AC unit and antenna stands are stock. I also erased the "MKM" stencil on the cab sides and removed the ditch lights. The remaining holes were covered up with BLMA walkway tread. Once painted, they blend in. I also installed some Z scale couplers and an MRC sound decoder.
