Stranger in town. Former Seaboard Air Line E-7 (note the Hancock air whistle), leads L&N train #15, the South Wind. Although the routing of the train was via L&N for much of the route, either PRR or ACL equipment and motive power was the norm. Louisville, Ky. August, 1968
