Painted and Weathered IHC Mountain

IHC Mehano locomotive repainted and weathered. Just painting the drivers, leading and trailing truck wheels really helps the appearance, reducing the visual impact of the large flanges. But I have to try a different brand of gloss and flat finish because I just can't get rid of the decal sheen from certain angles, as you can see.
