Yes John. It is the ECW 70 ton enterprise hopper (NYC variant). the decals are dry transfers from Canada Southern (CDS). It is part of my cunning plan to split my rolling stock into 1930s-40s era and 1950s era cars. These have a build date of 5-39, although more correctly, they should have a 1940 build date. I just found out the 1939 build had 10 roof hatches, not 8. C'est la vie. Jon
